If
you are interested in buying or selling any business, on
adding your record on this database, you agree to pay the
website administrator to pay a 2% management fee on drafting
of contract. Any information regarding the
business details will be forwarded to you free of cost until
the deal is final. When a formal consent order is issued by
the buyer, we will deduct our management fee from the
advance paid to seller before the agreement is signed. We
will watch the interests of buyer until the agreement is
final and handed over to the buyer.

We reserve the right to modify the terms with buyer or
seller, what ever may be the circumstances with consent of
the both parties.
